The Villa

Villa Elite Delmar (formerly Villa Delmar Bali) is one of the new addition to villa accommodation in Canggu Berawa. Fully renovated in 2018, Villa Elite Delmar is now open and ready for the guests and offers stylish tropical living situated only 5 minutes from the surf breaks by Berawa beach and 10 minutes drive to the most trendy area of Seminyak.

Designed in modern contemporary, it has a stunning amount of space with four bedrooms which can comfortably host up to eight guests. The villa has a two-story pavilion comprising spacious living space including the first two bedrooms in the ground area and housing the other two bedrooms upstairs.

The formal seating area has a comfy L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Bose sound system. The dining area has an 8-seating dining table and separated by a marble-topped table counter for meal preparation is a fully equipped service kitchen furnished with a set of kitchen cabinets and fridge.

The villa has a spacious outdoor living space too. The 14 x 3 meters swimming pool is surrounded by a tropical garden and it is fronted by the main pavilion. There’s also a wooden pool deck with sun loungers.

For total relaxation and privacy, Villa Elite Delmar is a great villa for four couples, two families, or a group of eight friends staying together.

Villa Elite Delmar offers four identical bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and the other two are located on the second floor of the main pavilion accessed via unique stairs. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wooden cabinet and drawers, a black-out curtain for privacy and an en-suite bathroom with an indoor shower room reached via the walk-through dressing area.
