To make a reservation with BdR is quite simple. When you already have your travelling dates and found the desired villa, check its availability calendar, the prices and once all okay with you then simply click “Book Now” button. Once your booking details received one of our villa specialist will contact you along with confirmation of your booking and arrange payment. You will have 48 hours to place the villa on hold until payment is received. If no payment settled within 48 hours your on hold dates will be released.
Please note that each villa listing on our platform is based on number of bedroom per listing, means you could not downgrade or upgrade number of bedroom in one villa listing, for example Villa Tenang has 4 listings which are 5, 4, 3 and 2 bedrooms listing.
If you have flexible dates of your holiday, you may enquire the villa and request for more information of your desired villa by clicking “Enquiry Now” button or “Enquiry” link on the main menu.
We have two options of payment methods which are:
- By credit card via online payment. The invoice will be sent to your email along with a link to redirect you to credit card online form. If your payment has been received your booking status shall be changed to “Confirmed”. Please note that a 3% credit card handling fee is applied when payment is made by credit card.
- By bank transfer in USD. The invoice will be sent to your email along with our details of USD bank account. If your payment has been received your booking status shall be changed to “Confirmed”. Please note that all bank transfer fees applied are Client’s responsibility.
We could not guarantee this but most of villa accommodation in Bali offering a discount for last minute bookings (less than 7 days before check-in date) ranging 5 to 10% discount. Please contact us for more information.

The principal of this company has over 15 years experiences in vacation rental industry and one who also in charge in a leading of villa management company in Bali. We only hire qualified and professional villa specialists for our team.
We always trying to give our best to accommodate your requests, however this is not always possible as cancellation and modification incurs a cost depends on the booking conditions. We have our policies in regards cancellation and modification in our terms and conditions page.
Yes, when it comes to private villa, we spare no excuses and at a regular basis our villa specialists inspect the villa to ensure that the villa is well maintained and ready to be occupied. BdR works based on contract agreement only with a trusted villa management companies as well as independent owners who manage and own the well maintained properties.
Yes of course. We also have contractual agreements with some different car rental and leisure activity companies in Bali. We are ready to assist you arranging your transport, VIP concierge, golfing packages, dining in fancy restaurants, island tours as well as a private jet charter, you name it.
